CFG is a family run business, established in 1992 by the Managing Director Bernard and his wife Judith. Mark and Verity help to run the business alongside their father, Bernard.
Court Farm Garage (CFG) the original company, started by Bernard and Judith in 1983, was a petrol station which included an MOT workshop, vehicle servicing, car sales, fuel sales and a retail shop, from these humble beginnings the CFG of today was born.
The company has grown organically over the years, with a strong family work ethic, and currently employs several family members and spouses in key managerial positions. In addition, many of the engineers within the current business have been with us from the start.

WRIGHT
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Bernard has enjoyed a long and successful career with all things automotive. From setting up his first petrol station in 1983 with his wife Judith, to car sales and workshops, all ultimately leading to the creation of CFG Nationwide Site Services in 1992.

MARK
BALDWIN
DIRECTOR
Mark has enjoyed a long and successful military career, and utilising some of the unique skills associated with a military background has brought great focus to the CFG team. Marks role is key to driving business forward and ensuring their long term business goals are met.
LIKES: My best like is a gathering with friends or family, on a cold, dry but sunny day.
DISLIKES: The lack of cold, dry and sunny days!

VERITY
BRAIN
HR MANAGER & SHEF CO-ORDINATOR
Verity joined CFG in 2007 following a career in the Recruitment, Training and Education sector after completing her degree in Human Resources Management. Her role within the business is to manage all HR functions, improve systems and procedures with a focus on SHEF and to maintain business performance levels.
LIKES: Spending quality time with her 4 children, husband and extended family.
DISLIKES: Rudeness – There’s NO excuse for it... ever

Marcel who recently joined CFG, is a refined operational expert with years of global experience in leading operational excellence activities. His expertise includes production floor management practices, and crisis resolution.
LIKES: Weekends with the family.
